Ahmed Kheir Osman is a PhD candidate in Law and a university lecturer based in Mogadishu, Somalia, where he teaches at both public and private universities. His research focuses on legal and institutional frameworks in post-conflict settings, with particular emphasis on governance and human rights in Somalia. He is also a Research Fellow at the Somali Institute for Development Research and Analysis (SIDRA).
